Description

Enjoy a 4 course dinner prepared by Brasato with all produce, meat, & dairy sourced from Cold Spring Farm(Colchester, CT) along with wine from Chateau Le Gari inside of their beautiful River Barn at the vineyard. Menu will feature burrata, hand-made gnocchi, pork belly, & beef tenderloin. Allergies will be accommodated but please let us know ahead of time. Ticket price includes tax, gratuity, and one glass of wine. Full menu will be announced when availability of produce is known.
